About LIYFE Support

My Story

I was drawn to mindfulness not just as a practice but as a way to dissect my own anxeity.. It helped me and I wanted to share what I've learned. Working in the maternal and child health space for 12 years, I was also able to witness how most health disparities was connected to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm affecteing pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women, as well as those in high-stress careers.. These are the people who give so much to others yet often forget to care for themselves. I wanted to change that. I wanted to create a space where people could pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

My Approach

With this vision, I built my mindfulness coaching, offering 1:1 coaching, group support, and self-paced courses designed to fit different needs and lifestyles. My goal is to make mindfulness practical, accessible, and transformative. Whether through guided meditations, journaling exercises, or simple breathing techniques, I help people cultivate calm, focus, and resilience in their daily lives.

The Journey

This journey is about more than just teaching mindfulness- it's about empowering people to trust themselves, embrace self-care, and move through life with greater ease and clarity. I'm here to be that guiding voice, that gentle reminder to pause and breathe. When we take care of our inner world, we show up stronger in every part of our lives.
