My Story

Mindfulness Coach | Social Worker | Community Health Instructor | Postpartum Doula | Mental Health First Aid Responder


I’m a Mindfulness Coach with 12 + years in maternal and child health. My work supports pregnant and postpartum women, parents, and professionals navigating high-stress lives. After using mindfulness to manage my own stress, I became passionate about helping others pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. I create nurturing spaces for healing, grounded in lived experience and deep care.



My Approach

At Liyfe Support, I create peaceful spaces for women to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and God. My approach is rooted in faith, not fads — no crystals, no rituals — just stillness, Scripture, and practical self-care that helps calm the mind and restore the spirit.

I believe God calls us to care for our bodies and minds with the same love we pour into others. Through guided stillness, breathwork, and reflective moments, I help women find balance, release stress, and return to a place of peace — the kind that only He can give.

The Journey

This journey is about more than just teaching mindfulness and stress management; it's about empowering people to be the best version of themselves, embrace wellness and self-care to move through life with a purpose. I'm here as a vessel to help navigate through life's stressful moments.. When we take care of our inner world, we show up stronger in every part of our lives.
